Nama : ROSY YANA NPM : 2174201016 Judul Skripsi :Pembinaan Usaha Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit Masyarakat Lokal Desa Tabalar Ulu Kecamatan Tabalar Oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Berau Ditinjau dari Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 26 Tahun 2021 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Bidang Pertanian Dosen Pembimbing : 1. Dr. Tumbur Ompu Sunggu S.H.,M.Hum Development of Local Community Palm Oil Plantation Business in Tabalar Ulu Village, Tabalar District by the Regional Government of Berau Regency from Government Regulation Number 26 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of the Agricultural Sector. This research is based on the low productivity and welfare of local farmers in Tabalar Ulu Village, analyze obstacles, and formulate strategies for developing local community palm oil plantation businesses by the Regional Government of Berau Regency. Tabalar Ulu Village Apparatus, and the Berau Regency Plantation Service. The strategy needed is strengthening the institutionalization of Farmer Groups, sustainable mentoring. The conclusion of this research is that development by the Regional Government of Berau Regency has been running but has not been optimal.
